At the foot of Les Baux de Provence, our permaculture garden reaches towards the sky, like a verdant picture of nature. Bees buzz, birds sing, and vegetables and fruits abound, in a place where biodiversity thrives and life is a source of radiance. Intoxicating scents diffuse all the way to the kitchens of L’Aupiho, where our entire brigade composes culinary creations in harmony with the vegetable garden.
Craft of the earth
The profession of farmer is that of an artist of the earth, who sows, cultivates, harvests with love, and transforms seeds into fruits and vegetables in a harmonious dance, in perfect communion with nature. Their vegetables are crisp, their fruits juicy, and each one has its own story, personality, and character, because the farmer has cultivated them with patience and attention, to transform them into food that awakens all the senses.
